DENTAL CLINIC ELIGIBILITY SCREENING
Screens applicants for eligibility for the Northern Virginia Dental Clinic, collects prepaid fee for initial appointment, and, on a case-by-case basis, may assist an applicant in dire financial straits obtain subsidies for treatment fees. Once eligibility has been established and the initial fee paid, the patient's name is put on a waiting list for an initial appointment. The Northern Virginia Dental Clinic provides low cost dental services for low-income adults who do not have dental insurance and are unable to pay for dental care in the private market. Dental services provided include: exams, cleaning, x-rays, extractions, minor gum surgery, root canals, hard and soft tissue
